Ingredients
Leftover
roast meat and vegetables
1 small Onion
1 tbsp Curry Powder
14oz tin tomatoes
½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Malt Vinegar
½ tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Pureé
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Dried Coriander |
Finely
chop the onion and fry it in the oil for a minute or two. Add
the curry powder and continue frying for another minute.
Add
all of the remaining ingredients except the meat and vegatables.
Bring up to a simmer and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes.
Add
the meat and vegetables. Add water if it seems to dry. Cover
and simmer for another twenty to thirty minutes.
